Bread is seeking a Vice President for Development to lead a strategy to secure the financial resources to meet Bread for the World and Bread for the World Institute’s annual consolidated budget of $15.6 million through membership-level fundraising, major gifts, and foundation grants. This position will lead, alongside the President/CEO, a comprehensive fundraising campaign of $80 million (inclusive of the annual budgets for the campaign years) through 2027, called Generations. The Vice President oversees deputy directors for membership giving and foundation relations; managers for campaign and stewardship, events, and major and planned gifts operations; regional major gift officers; and a mid-level gifts officer.
