Rebecca Middleton is Chief Advocacy and Engagement Officer for World Food Program USA. She brings more than 25 years of experience in policy, advocacy, and strategy to her leadership of a team responsible for educating members of Congress and their staff on the work of the UN World Food Program and the importance of continued robust U.S. government support for global food assistance. Middleton was previously Executive Director of the Alliance to End Hunger, Vice President at the public affairs firm Cassidy & Associates, and senior legislative assistant for her hometown congressman, Representative Frank Wolf. Middleton is chair of the Freedom Network USA board and treasurer of the Alliance to End Hunger board. Middleton holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and English from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She is Roman Catholic. Arlington, Virginia.
