Adam Edgerly is CEO of Culture Consultants, which works to help senior executives achieve peak performance through executive coaching and leadership training, and to help organizations maximize their potential through intercultural competence development, diversity management training, and team building. Previously, Adam founded and served as lead pastor of Newsong Los Angeles Covenant Church for nearly twenty years. He has held roles as executive coach and Associate Director of Global Outreach for the Evangelical Covenant Church. Adam earned his B.A. and M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Biola University and his MBA from Emory University. He lives in Southern California with his wife and daughter.
