Jordan Teague Jacobs serves as Senior Policy Advisor at the Policy and Research Institute, a department of Bread for the World that oversees Bread’s policy research and analysis on hunger and strategies to end it.
Jacobs is passionate about ensuring advocacy is informed by on-the-ground realities and grounded in evidence. At Bread, Jacobs has worked extensively on policy analysis and advocacy to influence the U.S. government’s foreign assistance programs on hunger and malnutrition.
Prior to joining Bread, Jacobs was associate director for WASH Integration at WASH Advocates, a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy initiative dedicated to helping solve the global safe drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene challenge.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Health from George Washington University.
