Dios de gozo, te buscamos.
Aquí y alrededor del mundo,
vemos miseria y dolor.
Nuestro mundo es imperfecto
y las tinieblas encubren nuestra visión.

Dios de gozo, te buscamos.
A medida que traemos luz en los lugares obscuros del mundo,
en esta temporada de Aviento pausamos al prepararnos nuevamente
para el nacimiento de tu hijo Jesús, una señal de tu amor hacia nosotros:
gozo y seguridad cuando más la necesitamos.

Dios de gozo, te buscamos.
Qué tu gozo llene nuestros corazones
y tu gracia llene nuestros labios para que podamos
reflejar tu gozo a todo el mundo
